INFORMATION NOTICE ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA PURSUANT TO ARTICLES 13 AND 14 OF EU REGULATION 679/2016 (“GDPR”)
According to article 13 of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (hereinafter, “GDPR”), Diesel S.p.A. (“Diesel” or the “Promoter”) informs that personal data (name, surname, place and date of birth, e-mail address, collectively referred as “Data”) provided for by the adult (18 years of age) end user (“User” or “Participant”) within the registration process and the participation to the “Spring Summer 2024 Runway Show” (the “Event”) will be processed by Diesel for the purposes of allowing the access to the Event and its management and for your registration to the loyalty program of Diesel House of Diesel, whose T&Cs including unsubscribing modalities are available here. The legal basis of the processing is the performance of a contract, and in particular name, surname, place and date of birth, are required for compliance with public safety legal obligations.
Data will be processed for the entire duration of the Event and successively stored exclusively according to the applicable legal terms. Data might also be processed to establish, exercise or defend the rights of the Controller in court or out-of-court. In this event, the legal basis of the processing is the legitimate interest of the Controller and Data will be stored for the entire duration of the litigation, according to the law. In the event that the User provides his/her consent, Data will also be processed for marketing purposes or for advertising activities on social networks to which the same is subscribed or for the sending of advertising or direct sales material, the fulfillment of market research, commercial communication by automated contact methods (newsletters by e-mail, SMS, MMS, online messaging platforms, etc.) and traditional contact methods (mail). Processing will be carried out by means of paper or computer and/or telematic supports in a way suitable to guarantee the confidentiality, security and use in accordance with the purposes described. The collected Data are necessary for the participation to the Event, refuse to confer them will determine the impossibility to participate at the Event itself.
Data will be treated by the Controller’s employees expressly authorized to the processing, who received adequate operative instructions to ensure compliance with the legislation on the protection of personal data. Data might be processed by third parties, acting as independent controllers, which, for instance, Police Headquarters, Municipality and Public Security Authorities in general, supervisory and control bodies and in general subjects, public or private, entitled to request data and / or by external subjects designated as data processors, operating on behalf of the Controller following specific operational instructions (including companies in charge of the organization and management of the Event).
Right of the data subject: sending an e-mail to privacy@diesel.com, data subjects can ask to the Controller access to their data, their erasure, rectification of incorrect data, integration of incomplete data, limitation of the processing in cases provided by article 18 of the GDPR, as well as opposition to the processing, for reasons related to personal particular situation, in case of legitimate interest of the Controller. Data subjects, moreover, in the event that processing is based on consent or on a contract and is carried out through automated means, have the right to receive data in a structured format, commonly used and readable by an automatic device, as well as, if technically feasible, to transmit them to another controller without impediments. Data subjects have the right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority (for further details https://www.garanteprivacy.it/).

INFORMATIVA SUL TRATTAMENTO DEI DATI PERSONALI AI SENSI DEGLI ARTT. 13 E 14 DEL REGOLAMENTO 679/2016 (“GDPR”)
Ai sensi dell’art. 13 del Regolamento UE n. 2016/679 (nel prosieguo, “GDPR”), Diesel S.p.A. (“Diesel” o il “Promotore”) informa che i dati personali (nome, cognome, luogo e data di nascita, indirizzo e-mail, collettivamente i “Dati”) forniti dall’utente finale maggiorenne (“Utente” o “Partecipante”) in occasione della registrazione e partecipazione allo “Spring Summer 2024 Runway Show” (l’“Evento”) saranno trattati da Diesel al fine di consentire l’accesso all’Evento e la gestione dello stesso e per l’iscrizione al programma fedeltà House of Diesel, il cui regolamento, incluse le modalità di disiscrizione, è consultabile qui. La base giuridica del trattamento è di natura contrattuale, in particolare il nome, cognome, luogo e data di nascita sono richiesti per l’ottemperanza ad obblighi di legge in materia di pubblica sicurezza.
I Dati verranno trattati per tutta la durata dell’Evento e successivamente conservati esclusivamente secondo i termini di legge applicabili. I dati potranno essere trattati anche per accertare, esercitare o difendere i diritti del Titolare in sede giudiziaria e/o stragiudiziale. In tal caso la base giuridica di tale trattamento è l’interesse legittimo del Titolare del trattamento e i Dati saranno conservati per tutta la durata del contenzioso, secondo legge. Nel caso in cui l’Utente fornisca il proprio consenso, i dati saranno trattati anche per finalità di marketing ovvero per attività pubblicitaria sui social network al quale lo stesso è iscritto o l’invio di materiale pubblicitario o di vendita diretta, il compimento di ricerche di mercato, comunicazione commerciale con modalità di contatto automatizzate (posta elettronica attraverso l’invio di newsletter, SMS, MMS, piattaforme di messaggistica on-line, etc.) e tradizionali (posta cartacea). Il trattamento avverrà su supporti cartacei o informatici e/o telematici e con modalità idonee a garantirne la riservatezza, la sicurezza e un utilizzo conforme alle finalità descritte. I Dati raccolti sono necessari per la partecipazione all’Evento e il rifiuto a conferirli determinerà l’impossibilità di partecipazione all’Evento medesimo.
I Dati saranno trattati da dipendenti del Titolare espressamente autorizzati al trattamento, che hanno ricevuto adeguate istruzioni operative per garantire il rispetto della normativa a tutela dei dati personali. I Dati potranno essere trattati da soggetti esterni operanti in qualità di titolari autonomi quali, a titolo esemplificativo, Questura, Municipalità e Autorità di pubblica sicurezza in genere, organi di vigilanza e controllo ed in generale soggetti, pubblici o privati, legittimati a richiedere i dati e/o da soggetti esterni designati come responsabili del trattamento, operanti per conto del Titolare dietro specifiche istruzioni operative (tra cui società incaricate dell’organizzazione e gestione dell’Evento).
Diritti spettanti all’interessato: inviando una e-mail all’indirizzo privacy@diesel.com, gli interessati possono chiedere al Titolare l’accesso ai dati che li riguardano, la loro cancellazione, la rettifica dei dati inesatti, l’integrazione dei dati incompleti, la limitazione del trattamento nei casi previsti dall’art. 18 GDPR, nonché l’opposizione al trattamento, per motivi connessi alla propria situazione particolare, nelle ipotesi di legittimo interesse del titolare. Gli interessati, inoltre, nel caso in cui il trattamento sia basato sul consenso o sul contratto e sia effettuato con strumenti automatizzati hanno il diritto di ricevere in un formato strutturato, di uso comune e leggibile da dispositivo automatico i dati, nonché, se tecnicamente fattibile, di trasmetterli ad altro titolare senza impedimenti. SPRING SUMMER 2024 RUNWAY SHOW - REGULATION AND CONDITIONS
1. Introduction
These Regulations ("Regulations") are intended to govern the conditions for participation in the Spring Summer 2024 Runway Show ("SS24 Runway Show" or "Event") by those who have successfully completed the registration procedure referred to in Article 4 below and assume the full and unconditional acceptance of all parts of the Regulations.
The Event organiser is Diesel S.p.A., with registered office at Via dell’Industria 4-6, 36042 - Breganze (VI) Italy, Tax Code and VAT No. 00642650246 ("Diesel" or "Organiser").
Failure to comply with any clause of the Regulations shall make it possible for the Organiser not to admit and/or to expel the individual Participant, as identified in Article 3 below, from the Event.
2. Purpose
The Regulations and the relative conditions for participation govern the conduct required of all Event Participants, as well as Diesel’s rights and the conditions for the execution of the Event and participation in the Event.
The Event will be held on 20 September 2023 from 6 p.m. until 12 a.m. at Scalo Farini in Milan ("Event Venue"), located at Via Valtellina 7 Milan (MI).
With respect to what is set forth in the Regulations, Diesel reserves the right to make any modifications to the date, time and schedule that may be necessary, also in the event of health and weather emergencies, political events, war, also threatened, terrorist acts and any provision from the Public Authorities relating to the Event. Any modifications of the date and/or time will be promptly communicated to the Participants by the most appropriate and effective means.
Any further changes to the Event will be promptly communicated by Diesel to all participants at www.diesel.com. Such changes will not justify or give rise to refunds of any kind.
It is the responsibility of each Participant to keep informed about possible changes by regularly consulting the official website www.diesel.com.
3. Participants
Participation in the Event is permitted to those who have received confirmation of participation following the Event registration procedure ("Participant(s)").
A Participant is any natural person who is at least 18 years old when registering for the Event.
4. How to register for the Event
The places available for Participants are limited. Starting on 1 September 2023, there will be a link to the Event registration page on www.diesel.com. By registering and subscribing to the Diesel loyalty program, each user must provide consent to the privacy policy and first accept the conditions set forth in these Regulations.
Requesting to register and participate in the Event is completely free of charge. Transport costs and expenses to reach the Event Venue are the sole responsibility of each Participant.
To register for the Event, the user must log on to www.diesel.com and from there proceed with registration and subscription to the Diesel loyalty program. Once they have filled in the appropriate fields with their personal data (name and surname, valid e-mail address, country of origin and date of birth), users will be asked to read the policy on the processing of personal data and the conditions set forth in these Regulations. Registration cannot be completed by those who do not accept the Regulations. Following registration and subscription to Diesel loyalty program, and up to the limit of available places, the user will receive a confirmation email for participation in the event as well as the QR code required to access the Event ("Admission Ticket").
The provision of valid and truthful Participant personal data is a necessary condition to guarantee Participants admission to the Event. The provision of invalid or untruthful data by a Participant during registration will entitle Diesel to exclude such Participant from the Event.
Diesel shall be entitled to exclude the participation of a Participant in accordance with and fulfilment of orders, alerts and/or mandates received by the public authorities for the safeguard of public order and security.
5. Admission ticket
In order to be admitted to the Event, all Participants must have a valid Admission Ticket and a valid identity document. For security and control purposes, the Participant may also be required to show an identity document together with the Admission Ticket; presentation of the Admission Ticket may also be required inside the Event Venue.
Admission to the Event Venue will take place by checking the QR code transmitted by email to confirm participation. The Admission Ticket is strictly personal in nature and cannot be transferred, for any reason whatsoever, to third parties.
Admission Tickets cannot be duplicated and are valid only for the date and time of the Event (unless specified otherwise in official Diesel channels, due to the possible cancellation or rescheduling of the Event).
In the event that the Admission Ticket has been acquired and/or obtained in other manners or manners conflicting with these Regulations, or in any event from parties other than Diesel, the user in possession of such Admission Ticket shall be excluded from participation in the Event and shall in any event be required to leave the Event Venue.
Diesel disclaims all liability for admission tickets obtained by irregular means or unauthorised resale.
Participants that lose their Admission Ticket for any reason whatsoever must notify Diesel at https://www.diesel.com/shop/content/sendmessage at least 48 (forty-eight) hours prior to the Event so that the Organiser can re-send the QR code to the Participant by email.
Under no circumstances may Admission Tickets entitle holders to make any claim for reimbursement, not even, by way of example, in the event of non-participation in the Event, cancellation or rescheduling of the Event and/or in the event that specific governmental or local authority regulations are issued which prevent the Event from being held. Participants accept without reservation that the Event may be cancelled or postponed to another date and/or time.
6. Admission to the event
To ensure the proper and safe management of admission for participation in the Event, all Participants are asked to arrive at the Event Venue no earlier than 6 p.m. and no later than 8 p.m. Diesel reserves the right to provide Participants with different admission time instructions should this be necessary, inter alia, for security reasons. It will not be possible to enter the Event Venue or otherwise participate in the Event if Participants present themselves at ticket control after 8 p.m., in order to ensure the proper and safe execution of the Event.
The admission area to the Event Venue will be indicated when the invitation or the QR Code are sent. No specific numbered places or areas will be assigned within the Event Venue, save for the delimited areas therein.
Prior to entering the Event Venue, security and admission control personnel may carry out security inspections and checks, including of bags and backpacks, and not allow Participants to enter the Event Venue with objects prohibited by the Regulations or by law.
It is forbidden to enter the Event Venue with:
- Weapons, explosive material, smoke bombs, knives and any other sharp, pointed or blunt object;
- Suitcases, trolleys, backpacks or any particularly bulky bag;
- Bicycles, scooters and any other means of transport;
- Food and beverages, including their containers such as, but not limited to water bottles;
- Narcotics, poisonous substances and any flammable material;
- Glass containers and tins;
- Pepper sprays;
- Umbrellas;
- Animals.
Inside the Event Venue it is also forbidden:
- to alter, damage or tamper with facilities, infrastructure and services in any way;
- to climb on balustrades, railings, partitions and other structures not intended to receive and accommodate the general public;
- to stand near passageways, exits and entrances, stairs and any other escape routes;
- to use laser pointers or instruments that may disturb other Participants;
- to display posters, drawings, printed material and banners containing propaganda regarding political, ideological or religious doctrines, statements or concepts inciting racial, ethnic or religious hatred, which may obstruct the smooth running of the Event or the visibility of other Participants;
- to abandon or leave unattended objects and/or materials that may obstruct escape routes or generate alarm;
- to engage in aggressive behaviour, either physical or verbal.
The Event Organizer may forbid the smoke, including the use of electronic cigarettes, inside and in proximity of the Event Venue, also after the registration to the Event.
It is the obligation of each Participant to behave properly and respectfully towards other Participants before, during and after admission and the execution of the Event. Security personnel may intervene to ensure compliance with the behaviour required of Participants and may remove from the Event Venue any Participants who fail to respect the obligations and prohibitions set forth in the Regulations and the applicable legal terms.
Full accessibility to the Event Venue is guaranteed to persons with mobility impairments.
7. Services
Inside the Event Venue the following services will be provided:
- Serving of alcohol and water
- Food & beverage.
Instead, there will be no merchandising sales inside the Event Venue, nor will there be a cloakroom service for Participants.
8. Information to Participants
All communications relating to the Event may be made by Diesel via the website www.diesel.com and/or any other official Diesel communication channel, including newsletters sent by email to Participants.
All communications relating to the Event are sent solely for the purpose of disclosing any changes to the Event.
Each Participant is required to check any changes to the Event, which will be promptly updated on official Diesel channels and communicated to Participants.
9. Consultation of Regulations
These Regulations will be available to Participants at www.diesel.com.
The Organizer may unilaterally and discretionally modify these Regulations prior notice to the Participants with the modalities and channels provided herein.
10. Processing of personal data
The personal data of the Participants will be processed by Diesel, in its capacity as data controller, in compliance with the provisions of European Regulation (EU) 2016/679 as amended, including through the use of electronic means, for purposes relating to participation in the Event.

11. Contacts
For any questions or information relating to the Event, Participants may consult the dedicated Event area at www.diesel.com.
12. Applicable law and competent court
All rights and obligations deriving from these Regulations are governed by Italian law. The Court of Vicenza shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute deriving from these Regulations, their interpretation, effectiveness or termination, as well as in general from participation in the Programme.
13. Image and video release
The Participants, as part of the public, with reference to the images (photos and videos) taken and/or filmed during the Event, authorise, free of charge and without any right to compensation, without any time limit, also pursuant to Articles 10 and 320 of the Italian Civil Code and Articles 96 and 97 of Law no. 633 of 22.4.1941, the Copyright Law, the publication and/or dissemination in any form of their images, on Diesel’s official channels, in printed media and/or on any other means of dissemination and/or electronic media, as well as authorise the storage of the photos and videos in Diesel’s computer archives and acknowledge that the purpose of such publications is merely informative in nature and possibly promotional and commercial. This release/authorisation may be revoked at any time by written notice to be sent to Diesel by post to the address Via dell’Industria 4-6, 36042 - Breganze (VI) or by email to privacy@diesel.com.
14. Concluding provisions
Participants are obliged to comply with any health regulations regarding the prevention of the spread of viruses and/or bacteria of a pandemic and/or epidemiological that will be in force at the time of the Event.
In the event of an emergency and/or circumstances that may interrupt the Event, Participants are asked to remain calm, line up, move towards the emergency exits and follow the instructions of the security and control personnel, as well as follow any messages over loudspeakers that may be communicated during the Event.
In the event of any conflict between the conditions of these Regulations, published in the Italian language, and the corresponding text published in the English language, as well as in the event of any conflict between the Italian version and the English version, the Italian language version shall prevail in all cases.
SPRING SUMMER 2024 RUNWAY SHOW - REGOLAMENTO E CONDIZIONI
1. Premessa
Il presente Regolamento (“Regolamento”) è destinato a disciplinare le condizioni di partecipazione all’evento Spring Summer 2024 Runway Show (“SS24 Runway Show” o “Evento”) da parte di chi abbia completato con successo la procedura di registrazione di cui al successivo art. 4 e presuppone l’integrale e incondizionata accettazione del Regolamento in tutte le sue parti.
L’organizzatore dell’Evento è Diesel S.p.A., con sede legale in via dell’Industria 4-6, 36042 - Breganze (VI) Italia, C.F.e P.IVA n. 00642650246 (“Diesel ” o “Organizzatore”).
Il mancato rispetto di qualsiasi clausola del Regolamento comporta la possibilità per l’Organizzatore di non ammettere e/o di allontanare dall’Evento il singolo Partecipante, come individuato al successivo art. 3.
2. Oggetto
Il Regolamento e le relative condizioni di partecipazione disciplinano le condotte a cui sono tenuti tutti i Partecipanti dell’Evento, nonchè i diritti di Diesel e le condizioni alle quali la realizzazione dell’Evento e la partecipazione all’Evento stesso sono ricollegate.
L’Evento si terrà il giorno 20 settembre 2023 dalle ore 18:00 alle ore 24:00 presso lo Scalo Farini sito in Milano, Via Valtellina n. 7 (MI) (“Luogo dell’Evento”).
Rispetto a quanto indicato nel Regolamento, Diesel si riserva il diritto di apportare modifiche di data, orario e programmazione che si dovessero rendere necessarie, anche nell’ipotesi di emergenze sanitarie, meteorologiche e/o eventi di natura politica, guerre e relative minacce, atti terroristici, incluse le disposizioni delle Pubbliche Autorità inerenti a o relativi a tali eventi. Eventuali modifiche di data e/o di orario verranno tempestivamente comunicate ai Partecipanti attraverso le modalità più opportune ed efficaci.
Qualsiasi ulteriore modifica dell’Evento verrà tempestivamente comunicata da parte di Diesel a tutti i partecipanti nel sito www.diesel.com. Tali variazioni non giustificano daranno luogo a rimborsi di qualunque tipo.
È responsabilità di ciascun Partecipante tenersi informato in merito a possibili modifiche consultando periodicamente il sito ufficiale www.diesel.com.
3. Participanti
La partecipazione all’Evento è consentita a coloro che hanno ricevuto conferma di partecipazione a seguito della procedura di registrazione all’Evento (“Partecipante/i”).
Il Partecipante è qualsiasi persona fisica che al momento della registrazione all’Evento abbia compiuto il diciottesimo anno di età.
4. Modalità di registrazione all’evento
I posti disponibili per i Partecipanti sono limitati. A partire dal giorno 1° settembre 2023 sul sito www.diesel.com sarà presente un link per accedere alla pagina di registrazione dell’Evento. Con la registrazione e iscrizione al loyalty program di Diesel ogni utente dovrà manifestare i propri consensi alla informativa privacy e previamente accettare le condizioni di cui al presente Regolamento.
La richiesta di iscrizione e la partecipazione all’Evento sono a titolo completamente gratuito. Le spese e i costi di trasporto per raggiungere il Luogo dell’Evento sono ad esclusivo carico di ciascun Partecipante.
Per registrarsi all’Evento, l’utente dovrà collegarsi al sito www.diesel.com e da lì procedere alla registrazione e iscrizione al loyalty program di Diesel. Una volta compilati gli appositi campi con l’indicazione dei propri dati personali (nome e cognome, indirizzo e-mail valido ed attivo, paese di residenza e data di nascita), all’utente verrà richiesto di prendere visione dell’informativa sul trattamento dei dati personali e le condizioni di cui al presente Regolamento. La mancata accettazione del Regolamento non consentirà di completare la registrazione. A seguito della registrazione, e nel limite dei posti disponibili, l’utente riceverà una e-mail di conferma per la partecipazione all’evento e l’iscrizione al loyalty program Diesel nonché il QR code necessario per accedere all’Evento medesimo (“Titolo di Ingresso”).
Il conferimento di validi e veritieri dati anagrafici del Partecipante è condizione necessaria per garantire l’accesso dei Partecipanti all’Evento. Fornire dati non validi o inveritieri da parte di un Partecipante in sede di registrazione darà diritto a Diesel di escludere tale Partecipante dall’Evento.
Diesel si riserva altresì la possibilità di escludere in ogni momento la partecipazione di un Partecipante in ottemperanza a ordini, segnalazioni e/o disposizioni emessi dall’Autorità Pubblica a tutela dell’ordine e della sicurezza.
5. Titolo di ingresso
Per poter accedere all’Evento, tutti i Partecipanti dovranno essere muniti di valido Titolo di Ingresso e valido documento di identità. Per finalità di sicurezza e controllo, al Partecipante potrà essere richiesto di esibire, assieme al Titolo di Ingresso, anche il documento di identità; l’esibizione del Titolo di Ingresso potrà essere richiesto anche all’interno del Luogo dell’Evento.
L’accesso al Luogo dell’Evento avverrà mediante verifica del QR code trasmesso con e-mail a conferma della partecipazione. Il Titolo di Ingresso ha carattere strettamente personale e non può essere ceduto, a qualsiasi titolo, a terzi.
I Titoli di Ingresso non sono duplicabili e valgono solo per la data e l’orario dell’Evento (salvo eventuali indicazioni diverse comunicate nei canali ufficiali Diesel e relative all’eventuale cancellazione, annullamento o riprogrammazione in altra data dell’Evento medesimo).
Nell’ipotesi in cui il Titolo di Ingresso sia stato acquisito e/o ottenuto con modalità diverse o in contrasto con quelle indicate nel presente Regolamento, o comunque da soggetti diversi da Diesel, l’utente in possesso di tale Titolo di Ingresso sarà escluso dalla partecipazione all’Evento e comunque sarà tenuto a lasciare il luogo dell’Evento.
Diesel declina ogni responsabilità per i titoli di ingresso ottenuti mediante modalità irregolari o rivendite non consentite.
Nell’ipotesi in cui il Partecipante dovesse smarrire, per qualsiasi motivo, il Titolo di Ingresso, dovrà darne comunicazione a Diesel all’indirizzo https://www.diesel.com/shop/content/sendmessage entro 48 (quarantotto) ore prima dell’Evento, affinché l’Organizzatore possa procedere con la ritrasmissione del QR code al Partecipante via e-mail.
In nessun caso i Titoli di Ingresso daranno diritto a qualsivoglia richiesta di rimborso, neppure, a titolo esemplificativo, nelle ipotesi di mancata partecipazione all’Evento, cancellazione o riprogrammazione dell’Evento e/o nell’ipotesi in cui siano emanate precise disposizioni governative o delle autorità locali che impediscano lo svolgimento dell’Evento stesso. I Partecipanti accettano senza riserva la possibilità che l’Evento possa essere cancellato o differito ad altra data e/o orario.
6. Accesso all’Evento
Per garantire una corretta e sicura gestione degli ingressi per la partecipazione all’Evento, è richiesto a tutti i Partecipanti di presentarsi presso il Luogo dell’Evento non prima delle ore 18.00 e non oltre le ore 20.00. Diesel si riserva di fornire ai Partecipanti diverse indicazioni sull’orario di accesso nel caso ciò si rendesse necessario, fra l’altro, per ragioni di sicurezza. Non sarà possibile accedere al Luogo dell’Evento e comunque partecipare all’Evento dopo le ore 20.00 al fine di consentire il corretto e sicuro svolgimento dell’Evento.
Con la trasmissione dell’invito o del QR Code, verrà inoltre indicata l’area di accesso al Luogo dell’Evento. Non verranno assegnati specifici né posti né aree specifiche all’interno del Luogo dell’Evento, salvo le aree delimitate e segnate all’interno dello stesso.
Prima di accedere al Luogo dell’Evento, gli addetti alla sicurezza e al controllo accessi potranno eseguire ispezioni e controlli di sicurezza, anche a borse e zaini, e a non consentire ai Partecipanti di accedere al Luogo dell’Evento con oggetti vietati dal Regolamento o dalla legge.
All’interno del Luogo dell’Evento è fatto divieto di introdurre:
- Armi, materiale esplosivo, fumogeni, coltelli e qualsiasi altro oggetto affilato, appuntito o contundente;
- Valigie, trolley, zaini o qualsiasi borsa di dimensioni particolarmente ingombranti;
- Biciclette, monopattini e qualsiasi altro mezzo di trasporto;
- Cibi e bevande, inclusi i relativi contenitori quali, a titolo esemplificativo, borracce e bottigliette;
- Sostanze stupefacenti, velenose e ogni materiale infiammabile;
- Contenitori in vetro;
- Spray urticanti;
- Ombrelli;
- Animali.
All’interno del Luogo dell’Evento è inoltre vietato:
- alterare, danneggiare o manomettere in qualsiasi modo strutture, infrastrutture e servizi;
- arrampicarsi su balaustre, parapetti, divisori ed altre strutture non destinate alla permanenza ed ospitalità del pubblico;
- sostare in prossimità di passaggi, uscite ed ingressi, scale ed ogni altra via di fuga;
- utilizzare puntatori laser o strumenti che possono arrecare disturbo ad altri Partecipanti;
- esporre cartelli, disegni, materiale stampato e striscioni contenenti propaganda a dottrine politiche, ideologiche o religiose, asserzioni o concetti che incitino all’odio razziale, etnico o religioso, che possano ostacolare il regolare svolgimento dell’Evento o la visibilità degli altri Partecipanti;
- abbandonare o lasciare incustoditi oggetti e/o materiali che possano impedire le vie di fuga o generare allarmi;
- porre in essere atteggiamenti aggressivi, sia fisici che verbali.
È fatta salva altresì la possibilità per l’Organizzatore di vietare il fumo all’interno e in prossimità del Luogo dell’Evento, anche successivamente alla registrazione all’Evento.
È fatto obbligo a ciascun Partecipante di mantenere un comportamento corretto e rispettoso degli altri Partecipanti prima, durante e dopo l’accesso e lo svolgimento dell’Evento. Il personale di sicurezza potrà intervenire per garantire il rispetto dei comportamenti doverosi dei Partecipanti e potrà allontanare dal Luogo dell’Evento i Partecipanti che non rispettino i doveri e divieti di cui al Regolamento e alle norme di legge applicabili.
È garantita la piena accessibilità al Luogo dell’Evento delle persone con disabilità motorie.
7. Servizi
All’interno del Luogo dell’Evento sono previsti i seguenti servizi:
- Somministrazione di bevande alcoliche e acqua
- Vendita di cibi e bevande
Non è invece prevista la vendita di merchandising nà è previsto il servizio guardaroba per i Partecipanti.
8. Informazioni ai Partecipanti
Tutte le comunicazioni inerenti all’Evento potranno essere effettuate da Diesel tramite il sito www.diesel.come/o qualsiasi altro canale ufficiale di comunicazione di Diesel, comprese newsletter inviate via e-mail ai Partecipanti.
Tutte le comunicazioni relative all’Evento sono inviate esclusivamente al fine di rendere note eventuali modifiche all’Evento medesimo.
Ogni Partecipante è tenuto a verificare eventuali modifiche all’Evento che verranno tempestivamente aggiornate nei canali ufficiali Diesel e comunicate ai Partecipanti.
9. Consultazione del Regolamento
Il presente Regolamento sarà a disposizione dei Partecipanti sul sito www.diesel.com.
L’Organizzatore si riserva la facoltà di modificare unilateralmente e discrezionalmente il Regolamento dandone opportuna comunicazione ai Partecipanti nei modi qui indicati.
10. Trattamento dei dati personali
I dati personali dei Partecipanti saranno trattati da Diesel, in qualità di titolare dei dati medesimi, in ottemperanza a quanto previsto dal Regolamento Europeo (UE) 2016/679 e successive modifiche e/o integrazioni, anche attraverso l’utilizzo di strumenti elettronici, per le finalità connesse alla partecipazione all’Evento.

Per qualsiasi domanda o eventuale informazione relativa all’Evento, i Partecipanti potranno consultare l’area dedicata all’Evento nel sito www.diesel.com.
12. Legge applicabile e Foro competente
Tutti i diritti e gli obblighi derivanti dal presente Regolamento sono disciplinati dalla Legge italiana. Qualsiasi controversia derivante dal presente Regolamento, sua interpretazione, efficacia o cessazione, nonché in generale dalla partecipazione al Programma si intende soggetta in via esclusiva al Foro di Vicenza.
13. Liberatoria immagini e video
I Partecipanti, in quanto facenti parte del pubblico, con riferimento alle immagini (foto e video) scattate e/o riprese in occasione dell’Evento, autorizzano a titolo gratuito e senza diritto ad alcuna indennità, senza limiti di tempo, anche ai sensi degli artt. 10 e 320 cod. civ. e degli artt. 96 e 97 legge 22.4.1941, n. 633, Legge sul diritto d’autore, alla pubblicazione e/o diffusione in qualsiasi forma delle proprie immagini, sui canali ufficiali di Diesel, su carta stampata e/o su qualsiasi altro mezzo di diffusione e/o supporto informatico, nonché autorizzano la conservazione delle foto e dei video stessi negli archivi informatici di Diesel e prendono atto che la finalità di tali pubblicazioni sono meramente di carattere informativo ed eventualmente promozionale e commerciale. La presente liberatoria/autorizzazione potrà essere revocata in ogni tempo con comunicazione scritta da inviare a Diesel via posta comune all’indirizzo via dell’Industria 4-6, 36042 - Breganze (VI) o e- mail privacy@diesel.com.
14. Disposizioni conclusive
I Partecipanti sono tenuti a rispettare tutte le eventuali normative sanitarie relative alla prevenzione della diffusione di virus e/o batteri a carattere pandemico e/o epidemiologico che saranno in vigore al momento dell’Evento.
In caso di emergenza e/o di circostanze che dovessero interrompere l’Evento, i Partecipanti sono pregati di mantenere la calma, mettersi in fila, indirizzarsi verso le uscite di sicurezza e seguire le indicazioni del personale di sicurezza e controllo, nonché di seguire gli eventuali messaggi acustici che dovessero essere comunicati nel corso dell’Evento.
In caso di conflitto tra le condizioni del presente Regolamento, pubblicato in lingua italiana, e il corrispondente testo pubblicato in lingua inglese, così come nell’eventuale ipotesi di conflitto tra la versione italiana e la versione inglese, la versione in lingua italiana dovrà considerarsi in ogni caso prevalente.
